The hotel represents the England of my childhood … the food is very much to my taste and the service is friendly but unobtrusive. The atmosphere is informal yet at the same time courteous.
I like it. [This is] an attractive part of England, to some extent passed by by the modern world. The Malvern hills offer some of the best views in the country.
